Adultery is committed by any married woman who shall have sexual intercourse with a man not her husband and by the man who has carnal knowledge of her, knowing her to be married, even if the marriage be subsequently declared void.[RPC,art.333(1)]

True adultery is not the physical act committed between a man and a woman. That is merely a type, a shadow, or allegory . It is however, the turnig aside or worship of any God but the one and only true one. Therefore those who would be quick to point their fingers at someone else might do well to examine themselves first!
